Position Announcement: Management--Negotiations (Assistant Professor, Tenure Track Position)

Kogod School of Business


The Department of Management at the nationally-ranked Kogod School of Business invites applications and nominations for a tenure track faculty position beginning fall semester 2010. Qualifications include:

  • Ph.D. in an appropriate field of Management or anticipated completion by August 2010;
  • Primary teaching focus in negotiations with a possible secondary focus in entrepreneurship;
  • Effective teaching at all levels;
  • Strong commitment to high-quality teaching; and
  • Research in negotiations with possible supporting research in entrepreneurship. Research oriented towards high quality academic journals.
Responsibilities include:
  • Research in high quality academic journals;
  • Undergraduate and MBA teaching;
  • Participation in department, school, and university activities.

Competitive salary and Assistant Professor rank (with PhD). Tenure track position.
