Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts may be submitted electronically through Wiley's ManuscriptCentral, available at: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ncmr

In order to submit you will need:

1. A copy of your manuscript without a title page indicating authorship in a Microsoft Word file. This manuscript must conform to the guidelines outlined on the Manuscript Preperation page of this site.


2. Your postal address and telephone number, as well as any other information that you believe is necessary (e.g. that all correspondence should be sent to the second author, etc.)


3. No more than three topic codes for your manuscript from the list of Topic Codes


4. Optional: Nominations of up to four recommended reviewers who possess suitable expertise and who have no conflict of interest with the author or paper being reviewed. NCMR will make an effort to select one author-nominated reviewer. Please note: Nominated reviewers should not be mentors, protégés, collaborators, one’s own university colleagues or regular co-authors (any co-author relationship should be disclosed, including citations of the papers co-authored with the nominee so that the editor is able to assess whether the co-author nominee is sufficiently “distant” from the author). Nominated reviewers must preserve blind review. If a nominated reviewer could reasonably be expected to know who wrote the paper (e.g. presented at a workshop), then they should not be recommended.


5. If nominated reviewers are recommended, for each recommendation, the authors must provide (1) a rationale for the nomination and (2) complete contact and affiliation information.  In addition, any potential relationship with the recommended reviewers must be disclosed.
