Dr. Terri R. Lituchy (Ph.D.University of Arizona) is an Associate Professor of International Management at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels around the world including US, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean, Argentina, France, UK, Czech Republic, Japan, China, Thailand and Malaysia. Terri’s research interests are in cross-cultural issues in organizations including cultures effect on negotiation and conflict, work stress and absenteeism, and leadership and motivation, women in international business and international entrepreneurship.
Terri has published a book on Successful Professional Women of the Americas (Elgar Publishing, 2006), and is currently working on books, Gender and the Dysfunctional Workplace (Elgar, 2012) and Management in Africa (Routledge, 2012) Dr. Lituchy has over 30 published journal articles. Her articles appear in International Journal of Cross Cultural Management,The International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, Leadership Quarterly, Career Development InternationalWomen in Management ReviewCanadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, Canadian Journal of Regional Sciencesand Journal of Organizational Behavior.Terri was the 2005 IACM local arrangements coordinator for that wonderful conference in Montreal and served on the IACM board from 2005-2006.
